Nature of grievance

SUIT FOR POSSESSION OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY WHEN THE PLAINTIFF HAS BECOME ENTITLED TO POSSESSION BY REASON OF ANY FORFEITURE OR BREACH OF CONDITION OF LEASE OF LICENSE: Where under a Contract of lease or License, the lessee or licencee, as the case may be, commits any breach of the condition of the lease or License – the Lessor / Licensor may recover the possession / occupation of said immovable property, within twelve years from the date when the forfeiture is incurred or the condition is broken, under Article 66 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963
