Nature of grievance

SUIT UNDER THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE SUITS ACT,1855 AGAINST AN EXECUTOR, AND ADMINISTRATOR OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE: Where any wrong is alleged to have been committed by any person during his lifetime, and for which he would have been subject to legal action, a Suit may be filed after his death, under the Legal Representative Suits Act,1855, against the concerned executor, administrator or any other representative of aforesaid deceased person, within two years from the date when the wrong complained of is committed, under Article 83 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963
