Nature of grievance

ARBITRATION FOR THE PRICE OF GOODS SOLD AND DELIVERED TO BE PAID FOR AFTER THE EXPIRY OF A FIXED PERIOD OF CREDIT: Where the price / payment due under the sale and delivery of goods is not paid even after the expiry of credit period, and where there exist any Arbitration Agreement between the Buyer and Seller, Arbitration proceedings may be initiated for the recovery of said dues, within three years (unless otherwise agreed) from the date at which the credit period expires, having regard to Article 15 of the Indian Limitation Act, 1963
